Anything outside this list is an extra, priced separately and agreed with you before we start. We’d rather tell you up front than surprise you on the invoice.

Before you book
What exactly is included in a standard clean?
The full list is on this page, under What’s included. Every standard visit works through that same list. Anything beyond it is an extra, quoted separately and agreed before we start.
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring everything, including a hoover. If you’d prefer we use your own products, just leave them out and let us know.
Do I have to be in?
Not at all. Most of our regulars leave a key or a key-safe code. Everything is logged and returned the same day.
Can I change or cancel a visit?
Yes — up to 24 hours before, free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp or ring the office.
What are your hours?
Every day of the week, 8am to 7pm.
